Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can submit a return application within 30 days of receiving the product. Due to health reasons, underwear products must be brand new and unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging to be accepted for return. And the return shipping costs need to be borne by you.

Refund Time

If the returned goods meet the standards, we will process the refund within 5 days of receiving the product (Paypal usually 24 hours).
